Discover the region!

The town of Oderberg and the region have a lot to offer: besides the historic Elbe side paddle steamer RIESA you can visit the Nikolai Church in Oderberg, which was built in 1855. Also the historical fortress ruin Bärenkasten from the 30-years-war is worth a visit. In the historic centre of Oderberg you will find the oldest house from 1680.
In the district Neuendorf you can get to see a fortified church from the 13th century. There you will also find the "Großer Stein", an erratic boulder from the Ice Age.

The woods around the Albrechtsberg invite you to hike and linger. There are seven circular hiking trails around Oderberg, which all start at the market place in front of the former town hall.
